Deadlift Workouts Videos
2023 - Present
On this page are listed videos of my Deadlifts Workouts. For my Deadlifts workouts, I do both bottom end work and top end work or Stiff Leg Deadlifts (SLDLs). The video is usually of my top two sets for the main exercises of the workout. Sets marked with an exclamation point are 60s PRs; sets marked with a caret (^) tied 60s PRs; sets marked with an asterisk did not go as planned. For my other three workouts, see Workout Videos. See also Weightlifting Exercises Videos. The shorthand is date (month/day/year), followed by exercise and pounds/ reps. SLDLs = Stiff Leg Deadlifts. For Deficit Deadlifts, 1B = 1 Board (3/4” deficit). Also, 2B (1-1/2”) and 3B (2-1/4”). RB = Reverse Bands.
Note: I previously separated my Deadlifts videos by Sumo and Conv, as I was training both stances evenly. But since injuring both adductors (inner thigh muscles), I have found Sumos to be too stressful on those tender muscles. Consequently, I have switched to only doing Conv Deadlifts.
