On this page are listed videos of my Bench Press Workouts. For my Bench workouts, I do both top end and bottom end work. The video is usually of my top two sets for the main exercises of the workout. Sets marked with an exclamation point are 60s PRs; sets marked with a caret (^) tied 60s PRs; sets marked with an asterisk did not go as planned. For my other three workouts, see Workout Videos. See also Weightlifting Exercises Videos. The shorthand is date (month/day/year), followed by exercise and pounds/ reps. DS = Dead Stop. 3C = 3-Count Pause (also 2C). MG = Medium (grip my regular grip). CG = Close Grip. DB = Dumbbell. RB = Reverse bands. CB = Curl Bar. SCB = Super Curl Bar (different angles than a regular Curl Bar).
