Bench Assistance Workouts Videos

On this page are listed videos of my Bench Assistance Workouts. For my BA workouts, I do non-flat Bench assistance exercises (Declines, Inclines, Presses). The video is usually of my top two sets for the main exercises of the workout. Sets marked with an exclamation point are 60s PRs; sets marked with a caret (^) tied 60s PRs; sets marked with an asterisk did not go as planned. For my other three workouts, see Workout Videos. See also Weightlifting Exercises Videos. The shorthand is date (month/day/year), followed by exercise and pounds/ reps. 2C = 2-Count Pause. MG = Medium Grip (my normal Bench grip). CG = Close Grip. BB = Barbell. DB = Dumbbell. RB = Reverse bands. CB = Curl Bar. SCB = Super Curl Bar (different angles than a regular Curl Bar).

Note: I used to do Dips as another non-flat Bench assistance exercise. But after my two shoulder surgeries, I do not think Dips would be wise to do anymore.
