On this page are listed videos of my Squat Workouts. For my Squat workouts, I separate top end and bottom end work. The video is usually of my top two sets for the main exercise of the workout. For this page, that exercise was a Bottom End Squat exercise. Sets marked with an exclamation point are 50s PRs; sets marked with a caret (^) tied 50s PRs; sets marked with an asterisk did not go as planned. For my other three workouts, Workout Videos.
