Yet More More Anti-Trump Attempt Fail
These impeachment proceedings began as soon as the Mueller investigation into alleged Trump/ Russian collusion in the 2016 election ended, culminating in the Mueller report and his testimony before Congress on July 24, 2020. That witch hunt was just one of many attempts by Democrats and the mainstream media (MSM) to disparage and remove President Donald J. Trump from office.
There were also the false claims Trump has dementia and at-tempts to remove him from office via the 25th amendment, the Stormy Daniels farce, the Emoluments clause schemes, the con-stant badgering to get Trump’s tax returns, and unending lies about Trump being a racist, a sexist, a xenophobe, or some such negative labels.
The above is excepted from the preface to the first volume in my three-volume set Dems Cannot Beat Trump, So They Impeached Trump. If you read through the trilogy, it will become clear that impeachment was in fact a farce. Then my book Trump’s 2020 Election Tweets, Georgia Phone Call, and January 2021 Speeches: Did Trump’s Claims of Election Fraud Lead to the Capitol Building Uprising? shows the answer to the question posed by the subtitle is clearly “No.” Now it is clear that the most recent attempts to charge Trump with something have failed. But be prepared for Dems and the Trump-hating media to invent some other false charge against Trump.
Trump Won’t Be Charged by Manhattan District Attorney: Lawyer
Manhattan District Attorney Cy Vance won’t charge former President Donald Trump or the Trump Organization with a crime relating to allegations about “hush money” payments on manipulated real estate values, according to Trump’s lawyer.”…
“They just said, ‘When this indictment comes down, [Trump] won’t be charged. Our investigation is ongoing,’” Fischetti said.
Regarding the allegations made by former Trump lawyer Michael Cohen, who has met with Vance’s office numerous times in recent months, and adult film actress Stormy Daniels, Vance’s team also made no mention of them, the lawyer said. “Nothing. Not a word on that,” Fischetti said.
Trump lawyer says Manhattan DA's team said it will not charge Trump in first indictment
Fischetti informed the outlet that Vance's team noted they will not pursue charges against the former president when the first indictment comes down: "They just said, 'When this indictment comes down, he won't be charged. Our investigation is ongoing,'" he said.

Trib Live. Hiring still a problem across most industries
“Despite inventive ways to lure new job candidates, owners and managers in many industries have been striking out for months on filling open spots….
“Help wanted signs have been out around the region for months as businesses emerge from restrictions related to the coronavirus pandemic. Some have come up with creative ways to lure potential job seekers, such as offering hiring bonuses and upping wages, while others have had to close their doors when they are short-staffed.
“Those restrictions lifted for the most part, but many businesses continue to have trouble, some attributing it to the expanded jobless benefits still on the table.
Newsmax. Unemployment Falling Faster in States Cutting $300 Jobless Benefit
“States that are cutting President Joe Biden's expanded unemployment benefits early are seeing a faster decline in jobless claims, according to analysis.
“The 22 red states that have opted to cut Biden's weekly $300 tack-on early are seeing Americans leave unemployment rolls more quickly, pointing to the Republican argument the stimulus incentivizes employees to stay home, making it difficult for employers to ramp back up after the ending of the pandemic lockdowns.”
Yet Biden
and his allies in the mainstream media will still claim those enhanced
unemployment checks are not contributing to the difficulty businesses across the
country are having hiring workers. But clearly, that is the main cause for this
ongoing problem.

Newsmax. Hammer Thrower Gwen Berry Turns Away From US Flag During Anthem at Olympic Trials
The USOPC had said in March that athletes competing in the U.S. Olympic trials can protest, including kneeling or raising a clenched fist on the podium or at the start line during the national anthem.
This is
why I will not be watching so much as one minute of the Olympics this year.
There is no way I am going to waste my time cheering for a USA athlete, only to have that athlete
kneel or make some other woke gesture during the playing of our great National
Anthem. And I predict I am not alone. The ratings will be way down for this year
as compared to last time.

A 9-0 decision is very rare. But I am very thankful for it. It prevents form claiming this ruling was due to “homophobia” or some such nonsense. It is just SCOTUS doing its job for once and ruling in favor of the Constitution.
The Supreme Court ruled unanimously Thursday the city of Philadelphia violated a Catholic roster dare agency's First Amendment rights when it froze the group's contract for refused to work with same-sex couples as potential foster parents.
The agency has said its religious view that marriage should be between a man and a woman prevents it from working with same-sex couples as foster parents.
Philadelphia refusal to contract with Catholic Social Services "for the provision of foster care services unless it agrees to certify same-sex couples as foster parents cannot survive strict scrutiny, and violates the First Amendment,” Chief Justice John Roberts wrote.

Supreme Court Justices Amy Coney Barrett and Brett Kavanaugh voted to uphold Obamacare after Democrats warned during the confirmation process for their nominations that they would gut Obamacare.
In a 7-2 ruling, the Supreme Court ruled on Thursday that the entire Affordable Care Act could stay intact. Justices Samuel Alito and Neil Gorsuch dissented.
Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer and other Democrats sounded the alarm on Kavanaugh's nomination in 2018, arguing that he was a threat to Obamacare. Schumer predicted that Kavanaugh would "would put a dagger" through the heart of the law.
Though I disagree with this decision, in a way, I am happy for it, for the reasons articulated by the title to this article. It proved me and other conservative commentators correct and Dem alarmist incorrect. In my article Confirm Amy Coney Barrett and Reelect Donald J. Trump, I wrote:
… since the individual mandate was eliminated by Trump, then Barrett’s comments about Roberts’ decision have no bearing on the new case. As such, there is no way to know how a Justice Barrett would vote on the upcoming ACA case. But try as you might, you cannot explain that to Dems.
But Dems were so sure
they knew a Justice Barrett would vote to strike down Obamacare, they did all
they could to derail her nomination. But it all proved to be a red herring.

ACLJ: Policies Have Consequences: Five Things You Should Know
Excellent article. Below are the highlights, or lowlights as the case may be. This is what you voted for if you voted for Biden:
1. Inflation is the highest since 1982. The increase in prices to the American consumer include not only optional purchases and “nice to haves,” but things like food and gasoline. Long-term economic policy and Green New Deal add-ons are driving inflation, with an increase in interest rates sure to follow. Inflation calculated last week is 4.2 percent. Additionally, President Biden is making good on his promise to raise taxes.
2. The U.S. relationship to Iran is a matter of multifaceted, critical concerns. …
3. Over one million U.S. jobs have been lost due to Biden’s Executive actions, particularly those targeting the gas and oil industry. …
4. The Middle East is raging again due to the Administration’s change of attitude toward the Palestinian issue and the threat Iran poses to the region through its terror proxies…
5. The situation on our southern border is in freefall. In March 2021, there were 173,348 incidents with illegal immigrants being confronted at the border, compared to 34,000 last year. There were 179,000 such incidents in April, compared to just 17,000 last year. This does not take into account those who cross the border and are not caught.
The inflation issue I have been warning about ever since the government started spending trillions in Monopoly money for alleged Covid relief. At least the Covid packages passed under Trump actually dealt with Covid, but under Biden, we just saw a bloated package that was mostly a blue state bailout.
Then Biden’s so-called
American Jobs Plan only added fuel to the inflation fire. If his not really
about Infrastructure Plan gets passed, that fire will turn into an inferno, and
inflation will blaze out of control.

‘A lot of anxiety’ for Democrats as Biden agenda stalls
Hopes for a big infrastructure investment are teetering. An ambitious elections and voting bill is all but dead. Legislation on police brutality, gun control and immigration has stalled out.
After six months of Democratic control in Washington, the party’s progressive wing is growing increasingly restless as campaign promises go undone — blocked not only by Republican obstruction, but also by Democrats’ own inability to unite fully around priorities.
The time ahead is pivotal for President Joe Biden and his allies in Congress to seize what some view as a transformative moment to rebuild the economy and reshape the country.
This is such good news.
No surprise that in-fighting among Dems is preventing the most radical parts of
Biden’s agenda from moving forward. But what is surprising is the normally
spineless and divided Republicans seem to have for grown a spine and worked
together to stop at least some of Biden’s radical agenda.

Pittsburgh Pride Revolution March parades through Downtown
Here we go again. Pittsburgh gets into Pride in Sin Month more than any city in the country. The celebrations of sin were put on hold last year due to the pandemic. But Pittsburgh is back to celebrating sin for the entire month. It truly breaks my heart that people can so easily flaunt their sin before a holy and righteous God.
If anyone
doubts #LGBTQ behaviors are sin, see my two volume set “God’s
Sex Plan.

The 2020 Election, the January 6 “Insurrection,” and Their Aftermath
Five books cover every aspect of the 2020 Election, the January 6 “insurrection,” and their aftermath. Starting with claims of fraud and irregularities in that election, to the tragic events of January 6, 2021 (J6; the so-called insurrection), the subsequent second impeachment of Donald J. Trump, to the public hearings of the J6 Commission in the summer and fall of 2022. Also reproduced in these books is all Trump had to say about all of these and related matters during this time period.
The above commentaries were posted in June 2021.
