Fox News. Amid Hunter Biden art scandal, GOP rep introduces transparency bill targeting POTUS family members

President’s son plans to attend art shows where potential buyers will be in attendance.

Waltz told Fox News the bill is “aimed at stopping” what he thinks is “the obvious and shameless grift that’s going on with Hunter Biden’s art sales, for which he is obviously not qualified to do and is only doing to continue to profit off of his family name.”

I warned readers of my Impeach trilogy trilogy and my book Alleged Corruption, Bias, and Fraud to watch out for Joe Biden’s family members to use his name and influence as President to their financial benefit, just as his son Hunter did with Ukraine and China while Joe was VP and which led to Trump’s first impeachment.

And here it is, just as I warned, Hunter once again getting paid exorbitant amounts of money for a job he is not qualified for as a pay for play for his dad’s attention. As I said, Joe Biden was our most corrupt VP since Spiro Agnew, and here he is at it again as POTUS.

Fox News. Simone Biles delivers powerful message to Olympic teammates after exiting gymnastics event.

The United States came away with silver in the gymnastics team final….

Biles, who is still eligible to compete in the individual all-around later in the week, told reporters that she wasn’t injured, but she was “dealing with a few things.” …

“It's been a really stressful Olympic Games as a whole; not having an audience — there are a lot of different variables going into it [the Games],” she added. “It’s been a long week; it’s been a long Olympic process/year. I think we’re a little bit too stressed out. We should be out here having fun, and sometimes that’s not the case….

USA Gymnastics said Biles suffered a “medical issue” after her vault attempt, which led to the scratch. The broadcast initially said it was for a “mental health issue.”

Here is another reason I am glad I am not wasting my time watching the Olympics, when you have athletes pulling stunts like this. You bail on your teammates, costing them the gold, because you’re not having fun? Get out there and compete you prima donna. You’ve just lost any right to be called the Greatest Of All Time. True champions don’t quit.

It will be a complete travesty if this quitter is allowed to compete in the individual competition. If she cannot be there for her teammates, she loses any right to be central stage for her own glory.

Western Journal. US Women’s Soccer Team Makes Major ‘Black Lives Matter’ Move While Kneeling for Anthem

The U.S. women’s soccer team wore “Black Lives Matter” warm-up gear Friday before most of the team knelt in protest during the national anthem prior to a match against the Netherlands at Rat Verlegh Stadium in the city of Breda.

I posted a while ago that I was not going to watch one minute of the Olympics this time around, and these confused woke women have verified that was the correct decision. They won this game, but they lost another against Sweden 3-0. Was I wrong to be glad to hear they lost? Team USA knelt for the anthem before that game too. and Team Sweden joined in! Would it be wrong for me to actually root against Team USA?

Yahoo News. “They’re killing people’: Biden blames social media for COVID-19 vaccine misinformation

President Biden targeted social media platforms like Facebook on Friday for allowing the spread of misinformation about COVID-19 vaccines, as many Americans' resistance to getting the shots has left wide swaths of the country vulnerable to the more contagious Delta variant.

“They’re killing people,” he said when asked about the misinformation and what he’d say to such platforms. “The only pandemic we have is among the unvaccinated. And they’re killing people.”

Biden is right. Ugh! That was hard to say, and it is the first time during his presidency. But Biden is correct that misinformation about Covid vaccines is killing people. But Biden is wrong (that was easy to say, as it is almost always that case) in regard to how to fix the problem. He wants misinformation censured. That will just open the door to more censorship and the end of free speech as we know it.

The best way to combat bad information is with good information. That is what I did with my four-part article on Covid vaccines. Biden should distribute articles like mine, not ban people posting things he doesn’t like.  Why I Decided to Get Vaccinated (Refuting Covid Anti-Vaxxers)

Militia in 2A

The following was in response to someone on Facebook posting the second half of the Second Amendment, “The right of the people to hold and bear arms shall not be infringed.” But responders pointed out she left off the first half, “A well-regulated militia being necessary to a free state.” They said that meant that members of state militias could bear arms but not individuals. I replied with the following:

SCOTUS ruled many years ago that 2A guarantees a personal right to bear arms. And the Constitution proper provides for an army and navy of the United States (Article 1. Section 8; Article II. Section 2). It would be redundant for such to be mentioned again in the Bill of Rights.

I got several responses again claiming only members of state-run militias could bear arms, not individuals. My response was:

All of the responses to my post ignored the first line. Maybe that’s because none of you knew what SCOTUS means. It stands for Supreme Court of the United States. The case I am referring to is District of Columbia vs. Heller (2010). The Court ruled:

“1. The Second Amendment protects an individual right to possess a firearm unconnected with service in a militia, and to use that arm for traditionally lawful purposes, such as self-defense within the home. Pp. 2–53.

“a) The Amendment’s prefatory clause announces a purpose, but does not limit or expand the scope of the second part, the operative clause. The operative clause’s text and history demonstrate that it connotes an individual right to keep and bear arms. Pp. 2–22” (Legal Information Institute).

SCOTUS has the final say on matters of law in the USA, and what SCOTUS said was I was right, and all of you were wrong.

Note that no one responded to my reply. How could they? Again, SCOTUS has the final say.

The Post-Millennial. BREAKING: Biden repeats ‘big lie’ talking points, alleges that ‘the 21st century Jim Crow assault is real’

WSJ. Joe Biden, Jim Crow and Texas Voting

I tried watching Biden’s speech, but it was so filled with lies it was just too difficult to watch. The truth is; the voting integrity laws that have been passed by red states make voting easier but cheating harder. Biden and his Democrat cronies don’t like that second part, as they know they cannot win without cheating.

In addition, Biden was yelling the whole time, sounding like the grouchy old man that he is, “Get off of my yard you darn kids!” It all made the speech unwatchable, so I shut it off after a few minutes.

This partisan rhetoric is detached from the facts….

Mr. Biden is escalating his rhetoric about Jim Crow and now the Civil War. Part of his aim, after Republicans made gains in 2020 among nonwhite voters, might be to reinforce the message that the GOP is racist. But Mr. Biden is also distorting the truth to justify congressional passage of H.R.1, a constitutionally dubious takeover of voting rules in all 50 states (WSJ).

Five books cover every aspect of the 2020 Election, the January 6 “insurrection,” and their aftermath. Starting with claims of fraud and irregularities in that election, to the tragic events of January 6, 2021 (J6; the so-called insurrection), the subsequent second impeachment of Donald J. Trump, to the public hearings of the J6 Commission in the summer and fall of 2022. Also reproduced in these books is all Trump had to say about all of these and related matters during this time period.
