The New York Times Distorts Trump's Words About J6

New York Times. Republicans Don’t Want to Talk About Jan. 6. Trump Can’t Help Himself.

“For years, Mr. Trump has helped craft an alternate history of that day, one in which the violent attack was a ‘love fest,’”

This article is a hot mess of lies and distortions. Consider the above quote. It is a lie, a distortion, a non-truth.

When Trump uses the term “love fest,” he is referring to the rally that occurred in the morning at the Ellipse. He is not referring to the riot (or better uprising, not insurrection) that occurred at the Capitol Building (a mile away) in the afternoon. They are two separate events. But the media constantly conflate them as if they are one.

The same deception was utilized by The Biased J6 Select Committee, as documented in my book by that name, They played audio of Trump talking about the rally, while scenes of violence from the uprising were shown. But again, they are two different events that occurred at two different places at two different times.

To go through the rest of the distortions in this article would require a book, or a series of books. I’ve already written such a series. It’s on Amazon and is titled The 2020 Election, the January 6 “Insurrection,” and Their Aftermath (four of the five books now available in audiobook format, the fifth forthcoming).

The 2020 Election, the January 6 “Insurrection,” and Their Aftermath

Five books cover every aspect of the 2020 Election, the January 6 “insurrection,” and their aftermath. Starting with claims of fraud and irregularities in that election, to the tragic events of January 6, 2021 (J6; the so-called insurrection), the subsequent second impeachment of Donald J. Trump, to the public hearings of the J6 Commission in the summer and fall of 2022. Also reproduced in these books is all Trump had to say about all of these and related matters during this time period.

See also this series on Amazon.
