Website Verifications

      In early October, as I was setting up this new Covid Fearmongering and Lies website, I heard a couple of items that verified themes of this website.

Vaccines and Political Parties:

      The first was on NBC Radio News during its “Health News” segment. It was reported that a poll found just three of ten Republicans planned on getting the updated Covid vaccine this fall (2023), while seven of ten Democrats were planning on doing so.

      That verifies my claim that Democrats take Covid much more seriously, while Republicans believe the lies of right-wing media about the lack of seriousness of Covid and the supposed “dangers” of the vaccines. Those attitudes have led to far more Republicans than Democrats to die from Covid. That in turn led (in part) to the “red wave” not materializing in the 2022 midterm elections and could hamper Republicans in upcoming elections as well.

Rand Paul and the Vaccines:

      The second item was Sebastian Gorka’s radio show. He was interviewing Dr./Senator Rand Paul. Rand has tangled much with Fauci about the origins of Covid in Senate hearings, and that was the focus of the interview.

      However, what caught my attention was what Dr. Paul said about the vaccines. He stated, “If you are 75, then Covid is far more dangerous to you than the vaccines. But if you are 15, then the vaccines are more dangerous to you than Covid.”

Explanatory line for this Website:

      That awareness of disparate risk is what I am referring to in the explanatory line below the name of this website on the home page. It states, “Coronavirus Fearmongering on the Left, Covid-19 Lies on the Right.”

      The left is fearmongering when it makes it sound like all people are at equal risk from Covid. That attitude led to the medically useless and destructive lockdowns and vaccine and masks mandates. The right lies when it downplays Covid for all people and says the vaccines are too great of a risk for all.

      That takes us back to the second line of that explanatory note, “A Layman’s View of What the Authorities Got Correct and Incorrect about Covid-19.” The seemingly lack of awareness, or at least willingness to acknowledge, the wide disparity of the seriousness of Covid for different people groups is where this layman thinks both the left and the right has got it wrong about Covid.

    The approach of this book is to study different foods and food groups, with a chapter devoted to each major classification of foods. First the Biblical evidence is considered, then the modern-day scientific research is reviewed. Foods are then classified as “God-given foods” and “non-God-given foods.” The main point will be a healthy eating plan is composed of a variety of God-given foods and avoids non-God-given foods.
