“an armed, deadly insurrection, in which five police officers died, and which was incited by Donald Trump”

The above is how news reports and Dems consistently referred to the events of January 6, 2021 (J6), yesterday, the second anniversary of J6. However, not a word in that sentence is true.

The uprisers on J6 were not armed, if by that is meant they used firearms, it was not deadly, if by that is meant the uprisers killed people, J6 was not an insurrection, exactly zero police officers died that day, and Trump did not incite the violence on J6.

I explain each of these points in three of my five books on “The 2020 Election and Its Aftermath.” I also explain why I am using the term “uprisers” and use the term “uprising” in those books, rather than insurrectionists/ insurrection or even rioters/ riot.

For those books, see the books page on my politics website. All five books are also listed on the page on Amazon for that five-book series. Each of these books is just $2.99 in Kindle format, so you can all five books for less than $15.00.

Reuters. U.S. Capitol police officer's family sues Trump over death (Via Yahoo! News).

The estate of a U.S. Capitol Police officer who died a day after the Jan. 6, 2021, riots sued former President Donald Trump for wrongful death on Thursday, claiming that he incited his supporters to commit violence that day.

The lawsuit was filed in U.S. District Court in Washington against Trump on behalf of the estate of Officer Brian Sicknick, who died at age 42 from a series of strokes on Jan. 7.

A medical examiner said that Sicknick had not suffered any injuries during the attack on the U.S. Capitol, where lawmakers were certifying results of the presidential election, ruling that Sicknick's death was due to natural causes, but said the violent events of Jan. 6 likely “played a role in his condition.”

This is going to be a difficult lawsuit for the plaintiffs to win. They will first have to prove that Sicknick died as a result of the events of January 6, 2021 (J6). But Sicknick did not die until the next day, he died of a stroke, and the coroner ruled he died of “natural causes.” In addition, out of the 900+ people arrested for J6, not a single one was charged with his murder.

Then they will have to prove Trump incited the violence that occurred on that day. However, Trump never called for violence that day, he never called for the Capitol Building to be breeched. In addition, such was never proven during the impeachment that followed J6, nor did the J6 Select Committee prove such during their ten public hearings.

I discuss and document all of these points in my five-book series on The 2020 Election and Its Aftermath. Read them, and decide for yourself if Trump was responsible for the violence on J6 and in turn Sicknick death. You can purchase all five books in Kindle format for less than $15.00 total. Follow the preceding link for the page on Amazon with all five books.

Just the News. SCOTUS to vote on hearing 2020 election case against Biden, Harris, Pence, senators, congressmen.

The lawsuit, filed by Raland J. Brunson, alleges the defendants violated their oaths of office by refusing to investigate evidence of fraud in the 2020 election before accepting the electoral votes on Jan. 6, 2021, allowing for Biden and Harris to be “fraudulently” inaugurated.

Yes, there was indeed five points of irregularities in the 2020 election that cannot be denied and which could have changed the claimed election results. I document them in my five-book series on The 2020 Election and Its Aftermath

Joe Biden's Failing Presidency

This series of five books provides the definitive record of Biden’s failures in his first two years as President. These failures should not be forgotten, as they laid the foundation for his continual failures in his subsequent years as President. He has been failing miserably on both domestic issues and in foreign policy. Those failures are all chronicled in these five books.

The above commentaries were posted in January 2023.
