Preface
Biden, Democrats, and the mainstream media claim the events of January 6, 2021 (J6) were “a deadly
insurrection incited by Donald J. Trump.” But this book demonstrates J6, though
tragic, was not deadly (with one exception), it was not an insurrection, and it
was not incited by then President Trump.
This book will argue that the best term for J6 is an uprising, hence the use of that term in the subtitle of this book. This book will cover J6 and its aftermath in detail, including the second House impeachment and Senate trial of President Trump.
This book also updates issues covered in a previous book by the author related to the bias of the mainstream media (MSM) and of Big Tech and problems with the 2020 election.
The word “Great” is included in the title of this book to describe Trump’s presidency, as it truly was a successful presidency, until Covid-19 derailed much of his economic successes, then J6 tarnished his legacy. His many accomplishments are detailed on the author’s politics website and other politics books (see Appendices Two and Three).
The chapter on the Georgia senatorial runoffs has been retained as originally written, because many of the warnings in that chapter have proven to be warranted, while others might still occur. The chapter also contains several striking examples of the bias of the MSM and why Trump calls the MSM “fake news.”
Dates and Related Books
This book was primarily written as the events were unfolding. But it includes an occasional later update as needed.
Although this book covers events that occurred in early 2021, it was not published until mid-2022. That delay was due to personal issues the author was dealing with during that time period. But the book remains relevant and will do so for a long time.
That ongoing importance could be seen in the big deal the MSM and Democrats made on January 6, 2022, the first anniversary of J6. Dems will most certainly continue to hold anniversary events every January 6th, as they do not want the memory of J6 to fade. That is because it is their best weapon against the GOP in the 2022 midterm elections and even more so if Trump decides to run again in 2024.
But even if Trump does not run again, the media and Dems will try to saddle whoever the GOP nominates for its presidential candidate with responsibility for J6, as they have been doing with all Repubs ever since that day. They will also use J6 to try to tarnish Trump’s allies and all other GOP candidates.
This book is a follow-up to the author’s book Alleged Corruption, Bias, and Fraud: Allegations of the Corruption of Joe Biden, Bias of the Media and Big Tech, and Fraud in the 2020 Election. That book covered events surrounding the disputed 2020 presidential election up to the end of 2020. This book picks up the story on January 1, 2021.
Another prequel to this book is this author’s book Trump’s 2020 Election Tweets, Georgia Phone Call, and January 2021 Speeches: Did Trump’s Claims of Election Fraud Lead to the Capitol Building Uprising? It records all of Trump‘s words that Dems claim led to the uprising. This Tragic Ending book then expands on rebuttals to those claims.
The reason Dems will try to keep the memory of J6 alive is it is their best weapon against the GOP. That is because they cannot run on Joe Biden’s record, as his presidency is proving to be a disaster. That is documented in this writer’s two-volume set: Joe. Biden. Chapter One
The First Week of 2021
The first week of 2021 was very eventful. This chapter covers some of these events. With New Year’s Day being on a Friday, not much was expected to happen until Monday, January 4, 2021. But much happened on the first few days of the New Year.
Friday, New Years’ Day
Surprisingly, the Senate was in session on New Year’s Day and overrode the veto of President Donald J. Trump of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). That veto and its implications was reported in this author’s book Alleged Corruption, Bias, and Fraud: Allegations of the Corruption of Joe Biden, Bias of the Media and Big Tech, and Fraud in the 2020 Election, hereafter referred to as my Corruption book. But here, Trump had vetoed it because it did not include a repeal of Section 230 that gives protections against being sued to Big Tech. The importance of Section 230 will be discussed later.
Also on New Year’s Day, Louie Gohmert’s lawsuit of Vice President Mike Pence was tossed out. That lawsuit was also discussed in my Corruption book. It was to allow Pence to choose alternative Electoral College electors sent by a few GOP controlled state legislatures over the ones representing the state’s reported popular vote.
A federal judge on Friday [1/1/21] dismissed a Republican congressman’s longshot bid to give Vice President Mike Pence the power to overturn President-elect Joe Biden’s victory in the Electoral College (WSJ. Judge).
U.S. District Judge Jeremy Kernodle on Friday dismissed the suit by Rep. Louie Gohmert, ruling the Texas congressman hadn’t suffered a specific injury caused by any action of Pence and therefore didn’t have legal standing to sue. The judge didn’t rule on the merits of Gohmert’s argument, which would have radically reshaped a vice president’s role.
“Congressman Gohmert’s alleged injury requires a series of hypothetical — but by no means certain — events,” said Kernodle, a Trump appointee. “Plaintiffs presuppose what the Vice President will do on January 6” and “which electoral votes the Vice President will count or reject from contested states” (Trib Live/ AP. Judge)
Thus, once again, a lawsuit is thrown out not on the merits but on a lack of standing. That was the case with many of the lawsuits challenging results of the 2020 election in various states, as recorded in my Corruption book. But Gohmert said he would appeal, and the judge said the lawsuits needed to be appealed to Congress.
But this event showed how torn the GOP is over the challenges to the upcoming Electoral College vote on January 6th. At this point, the first day of the year, about 130 GOP House Reps said they would not vote to certify the votes, while just one Senator, Josh Hawley, said he would join them. But that is all that is needed, one Rep and one Senator, to force a debate on the issue.
By law, Congress must hold a joint session on Jan. 6 to ratify Mr. Biden’s 306-232 Electoral College win. Objections from some Republican senators and House members are expected to force debate and votes in both chambers of Congress. Majorities in the House and Senate would have to agree for the challenge to be successful, an extremely unlikely prospect given that Democrats control the House (WSJ. Electoral).
The objections would be to each state under dispute, with two hours of debate per state. With up to six state’s Electoral votes to be challenged, that could amount to 12 hours of debate.
Saturday, January 2, 2021
On Saturday, the 2nd, GOP Senator Ted Cruz (TX) and ten other Republican (Repub) Senators declared they would also object to the Electoral College vote, unless there was a “ten day emergency audit” of the 2020 election. Among those eleven were four Senators-elect, including Tommy Tuberville (AL).
The other Senators were: Ron Johnson (WI), James Lankford (OK), Steve Daines (MO), John Kennedy (LA), Marsha Blackburn (TN), and Mike Braun (IN). The other Senators-elect were: Cynthia Lummis (WY), Roger Marshall (KS), and Bill Hagerty (TN).
Of course, Dems were decrying this move, saying it is “bad for Democracy” and “undemocratic.” That might be true, but it is great for our Republic to be sure the rule of law is followed in our elections. To be clear, the USA is a Republic, not a Democracy. As such, the rule of law not the majority rules.
It is also hypocritical for Dems to decry such an objection, since they have objected the last three times a Republican was elected President, including of course in 2016. In fact, they never did accept the results of that election, as I mention many times in my three-volume set Dems Cannot Beat Trump, So They impeach Trump, hereafter referred to as my Impeach trilogy. ...

This and the next chapter will cover three important events that happened on Wednesday, January 6, 2021, along with their aftermaths and related events.
Wednesday, January 6, 2021
Save America Rally and March
President Trump had been calling on Twitter for a rally in Washington DC at 11:00 am on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 to coincide with the certification of the Electoral College votes by Congress on that day. As of the 2nd, three different groups had already filed for rally permits with the Park Service.

Certification of the Electoral College Votes
Part One
As the rally was ending, Congress was set to formally certify the Electoral College votes. That would certify Joe Biden as the new President and Kamala Harris as the new Vice President....
The Initial Proceedings
I watched the beginning of the proceedings live on FNC. But I also recorded C-Span and CNN for the entire day and watched those recordings later. I will report what I saw on each station.
In these reports, I will only be summarizing and paraphrasing what was said and shown. Only when I use quotation marks am I reporting a direct quotation. I will mostly report what I heard and saw without commentary. But when I do comment, I will preface my commentary with, “To comment.” Otherwise, it is the various pundits talking.
That said, FNC reported that Pence had previously issued a statement saying he could not reject any of the states’ electoral votes.
The House session began with Nancy Pelosi (D. CA) calling it to order. Steve Scalise (R. LA) spoke and said some states changed their election laws without approval by the legislature.
To comment, that again was a major issue that I address in my Corruption book. There is no doubt it happened, here in PA and elsewhere. The only question is whether it is legal or not. Cases had been appealed to SCOTUS [the Supreme Court of the United States], but at this point, SCOTUS had not yet even indicated if they would take the cases let alone how they would rule....
Uprising at the Capitol Building
Fox News had continued to cover what was happening in the rally. But again, I also recorded this day’s proceedings on C-Span and CNN. Therefore, I will cover how each station reported the subsequent events.
The massive crowd from the rally began to make its way to the Capitol Building. This was the “march” part of the “Save American Rally and March.” But when some tried to enter the Capitol Building, the Park Police got involved, with flash bangs and tear gas being used to try to keep the crowds from entering the Capitol Building itself.
C-Span:
The banner on C-Span now read, “Capitol police. Senate chamber breached.” They showed a protester sitting in the President pro tempore seat in the Senate chamber. He was dressed in black and wearing a mask.
That clothing caught my eye, as Trump supporters generally do not dress in all black, and they generally are against wearing masks to protect against COVID-19. It is Antifa that generally dress in all black and wear masks, the latter even before Covid. I would have expected a Trump supporter to be wearing red, white and blue and no mask.
The C-Span announcer now said that this was the first time the Capitol Building had been breached since the War of 1812. To comment, However, that was not entirely correct. It had been breached by Puerto Rico Nationals in the 1950s.
But C-Span noted there was no vandalism except for the broken windows and doors to get in, and the offices of congresspeople were ransacked.
The C-span announcer said this breach stopped the debate, and she was not sure whether it would continue or not. It was also noted that only a handful of people had entered the building out of the 10,000s that were at the rally earlier. It was said this breach might cause some Republicans to give up their debate over the electoral votes.
C-Span’s banner now read, “House & Senate in recess as U. S. Capitol is locked down.”
C-Span now showed people entering the building through Statuary Hall. What struck me was no resistance to them entering was given by the two Capitol police officers who were standing by watching the throngs of people entering the building. The officers were just standing outside of the velvet ropes talking to each other and ignoring those entering.
Meanwhile, those entering were staying within the velvet ropes that went through the middle of the hall, going nowhere near the statues that encircled the outside of the hall. Many were taking pictures with their phones. But one was wearing a gas mask.
While probably hundreds of people peacefully filed into the building, I must emphasize that the two cops did nothing to stop them. However, at one point, you could hear them calling on their radios to see if the door could be locked.
At 2:32 pm, what looked like the same people who had entered a half hour before began to march back out of the building, again, staying within the velvet ropes, not touching anything. It all looked very peaceful, and those who entered and were now leaving looked like tourists, nothing more....
FNC:
I now turned to my recording off of Fox News Channel (FNC). My recording started at 2:02 pm with The Daily Briefing with Dana Perino in progress. FNC’s banner read, “Protests erupt during electoral college vote.”
As I tuned in, Dana was airing a clip of Trump’s speech earlier in the day where he said, “We will never concede.” Dana then noted that the law provides for challenges to the electoral count, but in the end, Biden will be President.
She said there were “tense times at the Capitol,” as “thousands upon thousands have come here.” She then said it was all clear for staffers to reenter the building, after suspicious packages had been cleared. She then reported there were flash bangs and teargas being used against the massive crowd. Meanwhile, FNC was showing scenes of people walking towards Capitol Building.
John Roberts and Martha McCallum now joined Dana. They said it would be a “difficult day for Pence.” Chris Wallace now chimed in and said, “Trump is filling the crowd with misstatements. Fact is Joe Biden won this election.” He said 50 challenges in the courts were all dismissed. Dana added that the “Constitution holds.” But it was a “big unruly crowd.”
Chris noted that Ted Cruz is a believer in the Constitution, but he wants a commission to choose the President. To comment, that is not true. Ted wants that commission to investigate if in fact the electoral college votes are accurate.
Karl Rove now spoke and said the Senate is now in control of what happens. He said that Trump is repeating claims that have been rejected by over 50 courts. He has even declared war on his fellow Republicans and thinks the Vice President can decide the election. That is to make a mockery of democracy.
FNC’s banner now read: “Breaking news. Capitol Building on lockdown.” It was 2:13 pm. It was reported the building was being evacuated. But there was “radical misinformation as to what is happening.” But it was sure the Senate had recessed.
FNC now showed scenes of people on the Capitol Building steps. John Roberts said, “This is a constitutional question. The vote must happen on this date according to the Electoral Count Act of 1887.”
FNC now showed scenes of people entering the building. It was said the Capitol Hill Police were not prepared. FNC showed a House floor scene. Bret Baier noted, “It does not appear violent. But people are where they’re not usually allowed.” He said it was “not a siege, but they were pushing back against barricades.” It was now announced the House was in recess.
Martha McCallum said she was, “Stunned.” FNC’s banner now read: “Certification paused as protests erupt on Capitol Hill.” Martha again said she was “stunned people were so close to the building” and that the vote had been paused. But the constitutional process must be done today.
A FNC reporter was now showing people walking towards the Capitol Building. An interviewee said, “Several hundred thousand people are disappointed Pence is certifying the vote. We will not recognize Biden as President.” The banner: now read, “U. S. Capitol on lockdown amid protests.”
It was now 2:22 pm. Dana said it has been peaceful so far, and you could hear a chant from the crowd, “Fight for Trump.” Brett noted there had been reports of a couple of people being injured. The protestors have made their way inside, but a perimeter is being set up.
He noted that the building is usually secure, so you “must ask where that security is?” The banner now read, “Security threat inside Capitol.”
...
Bret [Baier] reported Congress would restart the count as early as 8pm. If there were no objections, it could be wrapped up in 30-40 minutes. He said the objectors were probably reconsidering continuing with their objections.
He noted the “reaction today really hurt their cause.” He said there were “no specifics on the woman who was shot.” The teargas is dissipating. He said several questions needed to be answered, “Why didn’t the Capitol police know this might happen? Will there be a commission” to investigate what happened?” He noted the “objectors’ plan blew up in their faces.” The chance to object to “multiple states was out the window now.” Also, “Who called the National Guard. The President or the VP?” He noted there had been different reports.
It was now reported the President’s tweet and video had been deleted by Twitter. Bret reported, “People are saying the President is leading an insurrection. Some are saying he should be removed via the 25th Amendment.
Bret closed his show with clips from the day. But he only showed the violent events, not the many scenes of people peacefully entering and leaving the Capitol Building.
That was the end of my recording for this fateful day. This discussion of this day continues in the next chapter....

This chapter continues the discussion from the previous chapter.
Was It an Insurrection?
The media has been using the word “insurrection” repeatedly to refer to what happened at the Capitol Building, and they are referring to those who stormed the Capitol Building as insurrectionists. But are those the best words to describe it and them? The following is from Merriam-Webster’s website:...
For specificity, I will refer to this event as the Capitol Building Uprising, or CB Uprising for short. I was going to call it the DC Uprising, but that would not be accurate. That would imply the uprising was spread throughout the entire city of the District of Columbia, but it was not. It was localized in the Capitol Building....
My Take on the Uprisers
My first thought was as indicated, that it very well could have been Antifa infiltrating the pro-Trump supporters that instigated the chaos. And the first pictures I saw of those inside the Capitol Building seemed to confirm this idea. Those I saw were wearing all black and wearing masks. Again, that is the hallmark of Antifa but not of Trumpers.
Trumpers tend not to wear masks. In fact, the MSM has made a point of noting that fact at every rally Trump held during the campaign. They would call those rally “Super-spreader events” for that very reason. Given that history, it seemed strange they would begin to wear masks now.
But then, as I saw more pictures and videos of those who stormed the Capitol Building, it was clear there were far more uprisers who were wearing red, white, and blue and not wearing masks, than those wearing black and wearing masks. The former is characteristic of Trumpers.
There were also those dressed in military camouflage. That is more characteristic of the alt-right, white supremacists and militia types, than mainline conservatives.
Among the mob who stormed the Capitol were individuals who waved Confederates flags and wore clothing carrying insignia and slogans espousing white supremacist beliefs (Reuters. If).
Therefore, my best conclusion is the uprisers consisted of a mixture of all three: Antifa, Trumpers, and Alt-right, through the Trumpers were by far in the greatest numbers....
More Protesters than Uprisers
Estimates for the number of attendees at the Save American March and rally range from 50,000 to hundreds of thousands. Meanwhile, all of the preceding quotes indicated just “hundreds” stormed the Capitol Building. Later, CBS Evening News would put the estimate of the latter to as many as 1,000. I think that later number is a bit high. But even granting it, that still means the vast majority of the protestors were not involved in the rioting and insurrection.
To put it in perspective, let’s say there were 100,000 in attendance at the rally and 1,000 stormed the Capitol Building. That would mean just 1% were violent and/ or lawbreakers, while 99% were peaceful....
Chapter Five
Impeachment 2.0
At the end of my three-volume set Dems Cannot Beat Trump, So They Impeach Trump, I discuss the possibility of an Impeachment 2.0. I said it was a real possibility, since Dems had not given up their hatred for and desire to remove President Trump from office. But I said if there were an Impeachment 2.0, it would not be covered in that trilogy.
Less than a year later, House Dems began talk of that Impeachment 2.0. This chapter will cover this new impeachment. But first, a few updates to the Capitol Building Uprising will give additional background to this new impeachment attempt....
Arrests Update
Around the time of the first anniversary of the CP Uprising (1/6/22), updates were reported or published in various news outlets about the number of people arrested and the charges filed against them. On January 4, 2022, CBS Evening News reported that 725 people had been arrested, 165 of them pleaded guilty, and 31 were sentenced to jail time....
The Article of Impeachment
The article of impeachment stated that during the rally on January 6th, that Trump:
… willfully made statements that encouraged — and foreseeably resulted in — imminent lawless action at the Capitol. Incited by President Trump, a mob unlawfully breached the Capitol, injured law enforcement personnel, interfered with the Joint Session’s solemn constitutional duty to certify the election results, and engaged in violent, deadly, destructive, and seditious acts (adapted from Daily Wire. House Democrats)....
Debate in the House
In the Ukraine impeachment, 18 private depositions were first held by the House Intelligence Committee (HIC). Then 17 public hearings were held in the same. That took 71 days. Then one hearing and two debates were held in the House Judicial Committee (HJC). That took seven days. Then there was a debate in the House Rules Committee (HRC). That took one day. Then there was a full day of debate by the full House. Then the full House voted on the articles of impeachment. It was only then that Trump was impeached. But even after all of that, it was said to be the fastest impeachment ever.
This time, those initial steps in the HIC and HJC were skipped, and the House jumped straight to a combined one-day debate in the HRC and then in the full House on January 13, 2021. Then they held the vote. The entire proceedings lasted less than eight hours, from 9:00 am to shortly before 5:00 pm EST.
That meant, there would be no hearings, no evidence presented, no witnesses to testify. No semblance whatsoever of the rule of law being followed. If it is so easy to impeach a President, expect many more such “snap impeachments” in the future.
Chapter Seven
Big Tech Updates
This chapter will update one of the major issues that were addressed previously in my in my three-volume set Dems Cannot Beat Trump, So They Impeach Trump and in my book Alleged Corruption, Bias, and Fraud, that being the bias of Big Tech against all things conservative....
Coordinated Assault on Conservative Speech
At 6:30 pm on Friday, January 8, 2021, Twitter permanently suspended the account of Donald J. Trump. I discuss this permanent suspension at length in my Trump’s Tweets book. But at this same time, Twitter also suspended the accounts of Sidney Powell and Michael Flynn, two Trump associates. Many other conservatives’ accounts were also blocked or suspended....
My first thought was, they could just move to Parler, which was Dan [Bongino]’s plan, “I’m leaving the platform permanently for Parler.” Many other conservatives began to do the same:
Conservative personalities and politicians are flocking to the social media app Parler after Twitter permanently banned President Trump’s account Friday.
“It appears @parler_app servers are overwhelmed by people leaving @Twitter. Good luck guys, keep up your fight for free speech!” former Trump campaign manager Brad Parscale cheered (Fox News. Conservatives).
But then, Google removed Parler from its app store, and Apple threatened to do the same. Then Amazon Web Services (AWS) was set to stop its webhosting of Parler....
This coordinated assault by Google, Apple, and Amazon to put a business rival out of business should bring on an investigation by the Department of Justice based on anti-trust laws. It is like Chrysler, Ford, and GM coordinating together to put an upstart car company out of business. Chapter Eight
Pre-Senate Trial Events
I covered the first Senate impeachment trial in Volume Three of my three-volume set Dems Cannot Beat Trump, So They Impeach Trump. I will not cover this trial in as much detail as that trial. But I will bring out the highlights (or lowlights as the case may be) of this trial.
Initial Plans for Senate Trial 2.0
After the rushed process in the House, GOP Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnel said he would not reconvene the Senate prior to its preplanned return date of January 19, 2021. That means, the Senate trial could not begin until after that date, probably after the Inauguration the next day.
There are two ramifications of this date. First, it means the rushed one-day process in the House was totally unnecessary. They could have held several days of hearings, with real evidence and witnesses, without any delay in the overall process.
Second, it will mean the Senate trial will not begin until Trump is no longer in office. That again raises the constitutional question of if a President can even be tried in the Senate after he has already left office. That question will probably be the first to be debated....
CNN’s Coverage of Article Delivery
The preceding was written from what I watched live on FNC for the article delivery. But I also recorded CNN’s coverage of it. The following is my thoughts on their coverage of this event.
The article of impeachment was delivered by the House Managers to the Senate on January 25, 2021. I report about this same dramatic delivery of the first impeachment articles in Volume Three of my Impeach trilogy. This time, the scene was the same, except the Managers were different, and there were nine rather than seven, and they all were wearing masks due to the pandemic.
I recorded the event on CNN starting at 7:00 pm EST. That is normally Erin Burnett’s slot, and she was hosting as the event went down. CNN’s banner as Erin’s show began read: “Any moment: House delivers Trump impeachment article to Senate.”
Another pundit, not Erin, then said many Republicans don’t want to vote to convict, as they know that would hurt them politically. But they have also made it clear they didn’t like Trump’s action. It was at that point that the masked impeachment Managers began walking the article from the House chamber to the Senate chamber, going across Statuary Hall.
Erin was saying this was only the fourth time this has happened. But the scene seems familiar, since this just happened a year ago. CNN’s banner now read, “House delivers impeachment article against Trump to Senate.” Then Erin made an astonishing statement, “This President has done what no other President has done, which is to incite an insurrection against another branch of government. That’s the dynamic.”
The reason that is astonishing is that is the very charge being made against President Trump. But it is just that, a charge, an allegation. The trial has not yet occurred, so that allegation has yet to be proven to be true beyond a reasonable doubt.
If this were a normal trial, you can be sure Erin would have said, The President allegedly incited….” That is the normal wording of news media before and during any criminal or civil trial. To word it otherwise, as if the person is guilty before being proven as such, would open the news media up to a lawsuit by the defendant, as being prejudicial to the jury. But the bias of Erin and CNN against Trump is so strong, they are already declaring Trump guilty before the trail has even begun. No wonder Trump has declared CNN to be “fake news.” ...
My Defense of Trump
I skipped answering the question “was Trump responsible?” previously, as I wanted to save it for now, so I could include it as part of how I would go about defending Trump. I will not be able to be as detailed as I was for the chapter “My Defense of Trump” in Impeach: Volume Three, as that was an entire chapter, while this will be one section of this chapter, but I will try hit what I believe should be the highlights of Trump’s defense....
Chapter Nine
Senate Trial 2.0
Part One
This and the next chapter will provide coverage of the second impeachment trial of Donald J. Trump, 45th President of the United States.
For each day of the trial, I first listened to parts of it on the C-Span app on my phone. But I also recorded the entire day on C-Span on my DVR, so I later went back and watched it in its entirety.
I will only give the “highlights” of the proceeding for each day, rather than a detailed review as I do in my Impeach trilogy. I will also give some quotes from news reports for each day. Between my comments and that of various news outlets, I hope to provide enough details for the reader to get the essence of what happened.
For my initial listening, I wasn’t always sure who was speaking, so I will only indicate if it was the House Managers or Team Trump.
Day One
Constitutionality of the Trial
Day One of the Senate trial began at 1:00 pm EST on Tuesday, February 9, 2021. For this day, each side had two hours to present their reasons as to whether the trial was constitutional or not. The House Managers went first, then Team Trump. That was appropriate, as the defense should always have the final say.
Highlights:
The most notable part of the presentation by the first House Manager I heard was when he played a 13-minute video of the attack on the Capitol Building, interspersed with selective clips of Trump’s Save America Rally speech.
It was an emotional appeal, but it did not address the legal question. But he did that by way of saying that you cannot let the President off the hook for having incited such a mob. He also decried what they assumed would be Team Trump’s attempt to have a “January exception” to the impeachment clause....
Day Three
House Managers Present Their Case
Part Two
Day Three of the Senate trial began at noon EST on Thursday, February 11, 2021. On this day, the House Mangers presented the second half of their case.
Highlights:
The House Managers began by claiming Trump watched the event unfolding in the CB with glee. But that claim came from an anonymous news report.
The Mangers then falsely claimed seven people died on J6. I have no idea where they got the seven number, but I previously explained even the claim of five deaths was false.
The Managers now brought in the often-misused line by Trump after the Charlottesville events of 2017 of him saying there were “Good people on both sides.” I discuss the out of context use of that line by Dems and media in my Corruption book. Here, I will just say, it had nothing to do with J6. But it did fit with the Mangers trying to pain Trump as a bad person, even if they had to continue to perpetuate a lie to do so.
They now mentioned about the alleged plot to kidnap Wisconsin Governor Gretchen Whitmer. But that has since been proven to be a hoax, a case of entrapment by the FBI. At trial, two of the defendants were found not guilty and the other two ended in a mistrial. To date, they have not been retried (NBC News. No convictions)....

Day Four/ Part One
Team Trump Present Their Defense
Part One of Day Four of the Senate trial began at noon EST on Friday, February 12, 2021. In it, Team Trump presented their defense of the now former President.
Highlights:
Team Trump began by pointing out that victims or potential victims shouldn’t be jurors. But that is exactly what was happening. The Senators who will be voting were potential victims of the mob violence. That makes then less than unbiased jurors. If this were a real trial, all of them would be disqualified to be jurors.
Team Trump now mentioned that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi wanted a 9/11 type of commission to investigate J6. This in fact later happened. A January 6th Commission was formed. I will discuss it later.
But here, Team Trump now showed videos exposing the hypocrisy of Dems. They showed them using the terms “fight’ and “fight like hell” in their political speeches, and other inflammatory language, all of it potentially violence inducing rhetoric. Team Trump also aired videos of Trump’s support of law enforcement, as contrasted with Dem’s “defund the police” rhetoric
Team Trump then gave a legal definition of incitement and promised to prove Trump’s words did not meet that definition. ...
Vote on Guilty or Acquittal
After the closing arguments, it was time to take the vote on whether to convict or acquit Donald J. Trump.
Highlights:
The vote on the lone article of impeachment occurred after the ending of the closing arguments. The vote was: 57 Guilty, 43 Not guilty. That meant Trump was acquitted, as 67 votes were needed for conviction. But it also meant seven Republican voted guilty.
The vote went almost as I expected. I knew the five Senators who voted to continue with the trial, indicating it was constitutional, would vote to convict. But I was a bit surprised that two additional Senators voted to convict on top of those five.
The seven Republicans voting to convict were: Sens. Mitt Romney (UT), Susan Collins (ME), Lisa Murkowski (AK), Ben Sasse (NE), Bill Cassidy (LA), Richard Burr (NC), and Pat Toomey (PA). The last two were the two new ones.
Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D. NY) then gave a speech, with an emphasis on what he called “The Big Lie,” that being the idea of fraud in the 2020 election,
And that was the end of the Senate trial....

Post-Senate Trial 2.0
This chapter will cover events that occurred immediately after the conclusion of the second impeachment trial of Donald J. Trump, 45th President of the United States.
Post-Vote Comments
After the vote, many notables made speeches, issued statements, or appeared on various news shows. This section will report on their comments....
Chapter Twelve
Conclusion
The bias of the mainstream media (MSM0 can be seen in how they report about the events covered in this book. Whenever they mention Trump’s claims of fraud in the 2020 election, they always include words like “baseless,” “unsubstantiated,” or “without evidence.”
When referring to the events of January 6, 2021, they always call it “a deadly insurrection.”
Yet, as this book and my prior books have shown, there were irregularities in the 2020 election. And this book has demonstrated that J6 was neither deadly (with one exception) nor an insurrection.
The bias of Big Tech can be seen in that people have been banned from social media for making these very claims....
